Leases and rent

Accept rent payments through the xVesta app. Renters pay by bank transfer or card from a secure link, with no app or account needed, and the money goes straight to your bank.

Upload a lease as a PDF or up to 20 photos, and Alf pulls out the tenant, landlord, rent, deposit, dates, due day, and renter contact details for you to review.

Reminders

When Alf spots a date, like a warranty or registration expiring, it offers to set a reminder linked to the record. Recurring reminders arrive as push and in-app notifications.

Alf asks first

Alf shows you an approval card before it creates, changes, or deletes anything. You can also dictate to Alf by voice.
