Yes. Accept rent payments through the xVesta app. Renters pay by bank transfer or card from a secure link, with no app or account needed, and the money goes straight to your bank. Renters get the secure payment link by email. Autopay is optional for renters. xVesta never holds your funds, and you connect payouts once in the app. Cash and check payments can still be recorded. Online rent collection requires a paid plan. Landlords pay standard processing fees, and a small service fee applies.
No. Alf asks before creating, changing, or deleting anything.
